What is the Barista Bar App Loyalty scheme?

Joining our Barista Bar loyalty scheme is as refreshing as a freshly brewed cup of coffee! When you hop on board, you'll receive the following perks:

✔️ Every 10th drink free, 

✔️ Double coffee stamps with every reusable cup - meaning every 5th drink is free!

What is Rewards+?

Rewards+ is an exclusive program that allows you collect points from every Barista Bar beverage you purchase to unlock additional rewards. These points can be redeemed against our exciting range of products and special offers, making your Barista Bar experience even more rewarding and enjoyable! 

I'm a new member. How do I sign-up to the Barista Bar loyalty scheme?

Simply download the Barista Bar app to your phone and click register and follow the steps. Your caffeine adventure awaits! 

I'm in N.Ireland and already a loyalty member with a physical card. Will my coffee stamps be transferred once I download the app?

Yes, click on ‘I have an account’ in the app and use your existing details. As an existing member of the Barista Bar loyalty scheme in Northern Ireland, any coffee stamps will be seamlessly transferred. 

I’ve set up an account on the app but all my stamps are on a previous card (N.I physical cards & key fobs only)

I've lost my loyalty card. What do I do? (N.I physical cards & key fobs only)

To register for the app after losing your card, simply download the app and click on the option that says, "Scan your card". If you don't have a card, click 'Enter Manually' and then 'Use Email Address' this will help you to find your account. 

Note, if your physical loyalty card has never been registered, please register as a new loyalty member by clicking "Get Started". This will guide you through the registration process, ensuring you can continue enjoying our services seamlessly. Welcome back to Barista Bar! 

How do I redeem my free drink?

To redeem your free coffee simply scan your digital loyalty card which is located in the home screen of the App at the checkout. 

Do I get a free drink on my Birthday?

Yes! You’ll receive a free birthday coffee during the week of your birthday - a little gift from us to help you celebrate! 

You can redeem it anytime from the Monday to Sunday of your birthday week. Just scan your digital loyalty card from the app’s home screen at the checkout to enjoy your birthday treat. 

Where can I purchase a Barista Bar reusable cup?

Barista Bar reusable cups can be purchased from your local store. Alternatively, you can purchase online via our online shop here. Don't forget you can collect double coffee stamps for every drink purchased in a reusable cup!

Where can I purchase Barista Bar Merchandise?

Explore our 'brew-tiful' range at our Barista Bar online shop - click "shop" in our menu. Dive into our collection and see what we have to offer!

Where can I find my nearest Barista Bar store? 

You can enjoy Barista Bar coffee in hundreds of locations across the UK. To find your nearest store, simply open our app or visit Stores in the main menu to explore our Store Locator. Opening times can vary by location, so the Store Locator will always have the most up-to-date information. 

Can I use the Loyalty app at the Barista Bar café? 

Absolutely! Yes, you can use our loyalty app at our award-winning café located in Eurospar Fortfield, Carrickfergus, N.Ireland.

Is Barista Bar available outside Northern Ireland?

Yes! While Barista Bar began in Northern Ireland, you’ll now find us in more locations across the UK thanks to our growing network of retail partners. Check out our Store Locator to discover Barista Bar coffee near you. 

Psst… Our Barista Bar Loyalty App is brewing its way across the UK! Not all stores in Scotland, England & Wales may accept in-app loyalty just yet, but we are working on it! 

Where not available, see in-store for alternative paper stamp options. Paper stamp cards are separate from the app and cannot be used in conjunction with digital stamps.

How do I check my coffee stamps balance? 

Coffee stamps are available to view at any time in the home screen of the app, where you will also see how many stamps you are away from your next free drink! Don't forget you can collect double coffee stamps for every drink purchased in a reusable cup! 

How do I check my Rewards+ balance? 

Rewards+ balance is available to view at any time in home screen of the App, where you can also redeem your points against Barista Bar merchandise. 

I didn't receive my verification email. What do I do next?

If you didn't receive your verification email, please check your junk or spam folder. If you're still experiencing trouble, don't hesitate to reach out to a member of the Barista Bar team at hello@mybaristabar.com
